Project Spotlight: CHA Street Food – Pakistani Tea & Snack Bar Build-Out in Tysons, VA
Skyward Construction Group proudly partnered with CHA Street Food, a Pakistani-American hospitality concept at Tysons Corner Center, to create a vibrant tea and snack bar that brings traditional Pakistani “cha” culture to the DC metro area.
The space is designed for connection — featuring cozy seating zones, warm accent lighting, and custom millwork that highlight Pakistani design elements. The layout supports high-traffic service flow and an inviting dining atmosphere perfect for family, friends, and community gathering—just as “cha” should be.
From commercial brewing equipment to durable food-service finishes and brand-forward décor, the design blends functionality with cultural storytelling—mirroring CHA’s vision of resilience, home, and celebration in every cup.
